Your client data stays with you
Name, contact, notes, and bookings sit in your account. Another trainer does not open this list, and your clients are not in a catalog someone can take them from.
Your clients stay yours
When you invite someone, their first name, last name, email, phone, your note, and the bookings sit in your account. That is the client list for your business. It belongs to this account and is not shared with other coaches who also use Krazion.
There is no public trainer catalog where someone searches your clients and takes them over. Another coach does not open your list. A person without an invite from you cannot reach the names, contact details, or bookings.
The relationship stays with you. You invited the person, you keep the data, and another account has no access to it.
Training with you stays quiet
The person you invited opens the browser and sees the hours they booked with you. The names of the other clients and their times do not appear in that view. What you agreed with one person stays between the two of you, and the others in the circle do not learn it there.
Your business is not in a catalog strangers can search. Someone who does not know you, and who has no invite, finds neither the client list nor the calendar.
On a group session the view can show how many places are still open. The names of the other participants stay hidden, even when several people book the same session.
You can coach honestly
What you record about a client stays on that one connection in your account. Neither the other people in the circle nor another coach read that note. It also does not appear in the view opened for that person's own booking.
You can record what matters for the further work with that person, without the note becoming a file that is passed on with another sign-up. The content stays with you and with the person it concerns.
One person leaves, your business stays
When a working relationship ends, you close that one connection and take the person off the list you work from. The bookings, notes, and contact details of the remaining clients stay in your account and on the calendar.
Your business does not depend on a single relationship. Closing one connection does not clear the other sessions, and it does not delete the data you keep for the clients who remain.
FAQ
Is my client data secure?
The client list sits in your account. Another trainer does not open it. The client sees their own hour, not the names and times of the others.
