Krazion

What Krazion costs, and what you get for it

Krazion pricing for personal trainers follows one rule: the features are free for you and for your clients, and a booking fee appears only when someone pays for the hour online.

Free for coaches

Creating sessions, inviting clients, and running bookings is free for you as a coach. There is no subscription you have to start before the first person can book.

Free for clients

Accepting the invite and booking a session in the browser costs nothing. The account stays tied to the circle you invited.

A booking fee only on online payment

A fee appears only when the session is paid online. It is not taken from your session rate. The person who books pays it on top of the price you set for the hour.

Without online payment, that fee does not apply.

What is not charged

Scheduling, the client list, and the invite into the circle are not tied to a booking fee. The fee attaches only to the online payment of a booking.

FAQ

How do payments work?

Your client pays online when they book the hour, and you receive the money with the booking. A booking fee appears only on that online payment. It is not taken from your session rate, and it sits on top of the price you set for the hour.

Do I pay anything upfront as a coach?

No. The coach features are free. A booking fee appears only when a client pays online, and they pay it.

Is the fee deducted from my session price?

No. Your session rate stays the price you set. On an online payment, your client pays the booking fee on top.
