How you set up Krazion, and what your client sees
Client management is up in about 2 minutes: the app, the account, one service, and an invite. Booking rules and the calendar are already set, and you can change them whenever you want.
What you do
Client management is ready in about 2 minutes. The app download takes 25 seconds, sign-in takes 13 seconds, you create a service in 1 minute, and you invite your client in 20 seconds.
You enter invoice details in 46 seconds when you want the invoice written automatically for a paid hour. Connecting online payment takes 15 minutes, and that step sits outside the 2 minutes.
What your client sees
After the invite, your client sees their own hour and books it. The names and times of other clients do not show up for them. How that circle stays closed is on Privacy for coaches.
What Krazion handles
When the account opens, the booking rules are already there: clients can book 14 days ahead, booking closes 60 minutes before the start, and cancellation, rescheduling, and prepayment are off. Monday to Friday, 9 to 17, is already on the calendar. You change any of this whenever you want. Client names and sessions stay in your circle, so you do not have to build a data rule on the first day.
FAQ
Do my clients need an account?
Yes. They accept the invite with social login, using an account they already have. They do not create another account for this. After that they see their own hours and can book.
Do my clients have to download an app?
No. Your clients do not have to download an app. They start the booking in their own browser, without another application. They can book with you simply and quickly.
What happens if a client cancels?
On their own, the client cannot cancel. You can turn cancellation on and set how long before the session it stays possible. After that deadline the booking stays.
Can I leave Krazion at any time?
You can delete the account when no upcoming booked session is still open. While such a session stands, the account stays.
