Community Guidelines
1. Nature of the Community Platform
1.1. The Platform is a technology service that enables:
• connection between Coaches and Athletes
• booking and delivery of services
• communication between users
1.2. The Platform does not pre-screen content, communications, or services published by users.
1.3. The Platform does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or reliability of any user-provided services.
2. User Responsibility
2.1. Each user is solely responsible for:
• content they publish
• accuracy of information provided
• communication with other users
• use or provision of services
2.2. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Guidelines at all times.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
3.1. Harassment and Abuse
• harassment, threats, or humiliation
• hate speech or discriminatory content
• abusive or harmful behavior
3.2. Fraud and Misrepresentation
• fraudulent activity
• financial abuse
• fake or misleading services
• circumvention of payment systems
3.3. False Identity
• impersonation of any person or entity
• creation of false coach profiles
• misrepresentation of qualifications or credentials
The Platform does not verify user-provided information.
3.4. Spam and Abuse
• unsolicited messaging
• automated or bulk communications
• abusive use of platform features
3.5. Technical Abuse
• system circumvention
• reverse engineering
• scraping
• unauthorized access attempts
4. Profile and Information Integrity
4.1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
4.2. The following are strictly prohibited:
• false coaching qualifications
• misleading service descriptions
• false claims or guarantees
The Platform does not verify such information.
4.3. The Platform does not pre-verify profiles but reserves the right to remove any profile at its discretion.
5. Off-Platform Transactions
5.1. The Platform is intended to facilitate services and payments through its technical infrastructure.
5.2. Users may not circumvent the Platform by arranging payments or services outside the Platform for connections established through it.
6. Moderation and Platform Rights
6.1. The Platform may, at its sole discretion:
• remove content
• restrict accounts
• suspend users
• permanently ban users
6.2. Such actions may occur in cases of:
• violation of these Guidelines
• suspected illegal activity
• abuse or system integrity risks
6.3. The Platform is not required to provide prior notice.
7. Reporting and Complaint System
7.1. Users may report:
• abuse
• harassment
• fraud
• fake profiles
• unlawful activity
7.2. The Platform may process reports technically but:
• is not a regulatory authority
• is not required to conduct formal investigations
• is not required to issue binding decisions
7.3. The Platform may take action at its sole discretion.
8. Security Disclaimer
8.1. The Platform does not continuously monitor user communications.
8.2. User interactions occur at their own risk.
8.3. The Platform does not guarantee user behavior, reliability, or predictability.
9. Clarification of Roles
9.1. Users may act in multiple roles:
• Coach (service provider)
• Athlete (client)
9.2. These roles:
• are not separate legal entities
• are not separate contractual parties
• are purely functional permissions
10. Limitation of Platform Liability
10.1. The Platform is not liable for:
• user-generated content
• Coach services
• agreements between users
• any physical, financial, or personal damage
10.2. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
11. Modifications
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Guidelines. Changes take effect upon publication.
12. Final Provisions
Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Guidelines.
